Ранее подопечные Игоря Негреску уступили по пенальти хозяевам турнира (5:6), а также одолели сборную Грузии (2:1). В этих матчах голами отметились воспитанники «Академии Раду Ребежи» – Даниил Пырэу, Никита Карагеорги и Данила Димитришин.
